Distance EDU Learning has developed a Learning Centered Framework for online learning. The software, Fintelo, manages the delivery of course content to students, provides for student-instructor interface, and manages Student Learning Outcomes and Assessment. Fintelo has been designed to be used within the community college, college and university systems. Fintelo incorporates the latest in teaching and learning theory, including an approach to Student Learning Outcomes and Assessment Management that supports institutional accreditation. Fintelo also includes a course wizard, a step-by-step process that guides teachers in creating new courses or modifying courses from a face to face format to an online format. The course wizard also allows teachers to import published course packages as is, or modify them to meet their own standards. Fintelo Pricing for the Community College, College and University markets is five dollars ($5.00) per the institutions Full Time Equivalent Students (FTES). However there is a minimum base license fee of $5,000 dollars.
